Experience
Maria Misiriants began her professional career in 2014 while still studying at Ural State Law University in one of the Yekaterinburg law firms specializing in corporate law. During her work, she carried out activities in the field of registration of legal entities, obtaining permits and licenses for enterprises in the construction and industrial sectors, and interacting with tax and other government authorities.
In 2016, she continued her professional activities in the prosecutor’s office of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Yekaterinburg.
Maria joined the Rezolut team in 2021. Consistently passing a professional path in the firm, today she holds the position of a lawyer. She successfully participates in projects of criminal law practice, on the execution of court decisions, and also actively works in the direction of business emigration.
