Experience
Andrei Bochkarev began his professional career in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Oktyabrsky District of the city of Yekaterinburg in 2006, where he worked as an investigator, investigated criminal cases initiated on corruption-related crimes and in the economic sphere.
Then he continued to work in the prosecutor’s office of the Sverdlovsk region in the department for supervision of the investigation of crimes by the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, where he checked the legality of decisions made by the investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, considered citizens’ appeals, carried out analytical work, planning, checked the territorial prosecutor’s offices, participated in organizing and holding meetings heads of law enforcement agencies of the region.
In September 2012, he decided to continue his professional career as a senior lawyer in one of the leading lawyers’ associations in the city of Yekaterinburg, in February 2013 he received the status of a lawyer.
In 2013, together with partners, he founded Rezolut Law (formerly JURFO).
During his work, lawyer Andrey Bochkarev has achieved positive results in protecting clients in criminal cases, defending the rights of victims.
