Experience
Andrey started his professional career in 2022 at one of the law firms in Yekaterinburg. In 2023, he continued to work in a law office. At the end of 2025, he joined the Rezolut Law Firm team.
During his practice, he advised clients and provided legal assistance on issues of his specialization, represented the interests of clients in courts and government agencies. In particular, he analyzed draft contracts for possible risks, developed drafts of atypical contracts (including option agreements) and accompanied the procedure for their conclusion. He drew up legal opinions (assessment of the validity of the terms of agreements, examination of legal risks), structured the relationships of future participants in commercial organizations during their creation.
