The Sverdlovsk Regional Court satisfied the appeal of the company’s lawyer Anastasia Ramazanova, restored the appeal period and canceled the decision of the court of first instance. By this decision, the creditor, along with the client of Rezolut, was included in the register of creditors’ claims in the bankruptcy case. As a result, the unscrupulous creditor was already excluded by the arbitration court from the bankruptcy case, the client of Rezolut remained the only creditor. The debtor’s property is currently being sold.
