Rezolut’s partner lawyer Andrey Bochkarev successfully defended the client’s interests in the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region in a corporate dispute. In a claim filed on behalf of a client – a member of a limited liability company, the decision of the Arbitration Court invalidated interdependent major transactions made by the director of the company, as a result of which the company lost property in the amount of more than 1.5 million rubles, as well as the consequences of recognizing transactions invalid. At the hearing, Andrei Bochkarev proved that the principal did not know and could not know about the transactions made and did not give consent to their completion, required in accordance with the law, since the transactions were large for the company.
