By the verdict of the Verkhnepyshminsky City Court of the Sverdlovsk Region, the former director of the organization and her daughter were found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Rezolut partner lawyer Andrey Bochkarev and senior lawyer Radmila Isakidis, representing the interests of the injured organization, together with employees of the Investigative Committee and the city prosecutor’s office, were able to prove that the head was illegally receiving a salary for her daughter while she was fictitiously listed as an employee of the enterprise.
