The decision of the Verkh – Isetsky District Court of Yekaterinburg satisfied the petition of the lawyer – partner of the company Andrey Bochkarev to return in accordance with Art. 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation of a criminal case on charges of abuse of authority by several employees of a private security organization. The decision was left unchanged by the Sverdlovsk Regional Court and entered into force.
