On 19 July 2017, police officers at Koltsovo airport detained a Rezolut client on suspicion of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud), and transported to the police department of the city of Nevyansk to participate in investigative actions.
On the same day, the lawyer – partner of Rezolut Andrey Bochkarev joined the criminal case as a defender.
The situation was complicated by the fact that the client permanently resides in the Stavropol Territory and was passing through the Sverdlovsk Region. Andrey Bochkarev managed to convince the investigating authorities not to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention, as well as to conduct successful negotiations with the victim, which led to the victim being reconciled with the client and petitioning to terminate the criminal case.
On August 28, 2017, the Nevyansk City Court of the Sverdlovsk Region, the criminal case against the client Rezolut was terminated due to the reconciliation of the parties.
