Rezolut lawyers have reduced the amount of the client’s debt from 11 to 4 million rubles

A claim was filed against the client Rezolut in the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan to recover 8 million rubles of debt under the supply agreement, as well as about 3 million rubles of forfeit.

Vasily Drygoi, Managing Partner of Rezolut, conducted a detailed analysis of business documents related to the relationship between the client and the opposing company, which resulted in strong arguments in favor of the client of Rezolut.

During the negotiations held with the participation of Rezolut Vasily Dryga, it was possible to convince the opponent company to conclude an amicable agreement, according to which the Rezolut client would be obliged to pay not 11 million rubles, but only 4 million rubles, which fully corresponded to the Client’s wishes. Having constructed the specified settlement agreement, the parties also entered into a new contract for the supply of products, subject to the mandatory selection of certain volumes of products by the client company Rezolut, which in some way compensated for the supplier’s losses when concluding a settlement agreement that was not entirely profitable for him.

On February 13, 2014, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, in a court session with the participation of Vasily Dryga, approved an amicable agreement between the parties and terminated the proceedings.

Thus, the specialists of Rezolut Law Firm once again proved the effectiveness of an out-of-court method for resolving legal conflicts, which, in this case, was reflected in the judicial act.
