So, in September of this year, an employee of the Berezovsky urban district, as a result of verification activities in connection with the revealed violations of the rules of trade, drew up a protocol on an administrative offense against an organization – a client of Rezolut.
On October 15, 2014, the lawyer partner of Rezolut Bochkarev Andrei took part in a meeting of the administrative commission of the Berezovsky urban district, representing the interests of the organization, provided the necessary evidence and explanations and convinced the members of the commission that there were no signs of an administrative offense in the actions of the organization.
By a unanimous decision of the members of the commission, the administrative offense case was terminated.
