Rezolut’s lawyer Anastasia Ramazanova proved that the Principal, who was declared bankrupt by the court, had actually transferred the expensive car to a new buyer in pursuance of the purchase and sale agreement. The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region took the side of the client of the company and refused the arbitration manager to declare the transaction invalid. As a result, the car was not included in the bankruptcy estate of the debtor, but remained with the bona fide purchaser.
