The company’s lawyer Anastasia Ramazanova proved that the bailiff committed violations when issuing orders to collect performance fees from the organization, incorrectly calculated the amount of debt, and did not take into account the debtor’s lack of the ability to pay off the debt. The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region invalidated the illegal decisions of the bailiff.
