Rosreestr suspended the registration of the transfer of rights under the transaction, because the apartment was under the ban of alienation imposed by the bailiff service. Senior lawyer Radmila Isakidis was able to conduct effective pre-trial negotiations with the seller of the apartment and his realtors.
