The company’s lawyers Yuri Zhuravlev and Radmila Isakidis proved that the debtor organization had no opportunity to fulfill the requirements of the executive document due to the arrest imposed by the tax authorities on the accounts. The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region sided with the debtor and declared the bailiff’s order to collect the performance fee invalid.
