The Arbitration Court of the Tula Region issued a decision, which satisfied the claims of the client Rezolut for the recovery of a penalty in connection with the supply of low-quality equipment. After conducting a series of examinations, the company’s lawyers Yuri Zhuravlev and Elena Ufimtseva managed to prove the presence of defects in the supplied products; the court refused to satisfy the supplier’s counter claims.
