The decision of the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region invalidated the decision of the Social Insurance Fund to impose a disproportionate and unfair fine on Rezolut’s client. The court took into account the arguments of the lawyer Anastasia Ramazanova and, having come to the conclusion that the penalty does not correspond to the nature of the offense, the amount of harm caused, reduced the amount of the fine by 2 times.
