In relation to the organization, joint field inspections of the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund were carried out on the correctness of the calculation and payment of contributions to compulsory social insurance. Based on the results of inspections by officials of the funds, conclusions were drawn about the alleged failure of the Principal to provide the necessary information and documents, fines were imposed, arrears and penalties were charged. Detailed objections were given to the acts of inspections by lawyer Anastasia Ramazanova, evidence of the absence of violations was presented, as a result, the client was exempted from paying fines and arrears.
